He is a driving force behind a host of companies in the MESCO group and the man on whose vision this group is established. MESCO has gone from strength to strength under his able business guidance and entrepreneurship.

A Science graduate, Mrs. Rita Singh has earned many laurels and brought recognition to the MESCO group. She has won the Federation of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Award, for the "Best Woman Entrepreneur of the decade". She was also the first lady member on the Board of Trade, Govt. of India's highest body for trade and commerce, advising the then Prime Minister, Chairperson of the Council of Leather Exports and Chairperson of FDDI under Ministry of Commerce.

For over a decade she has been successfully managing the company. She is also actively associated with the aviation, shipping & mines businesses of the group.

A Commerce graduate from Sydenham College, Shipra has been actively associated in the aviation business and negotiated deals on purchase of helicopters. She has helped the group airline business to reduce inventory cost and competitive purchases on spare parts.

A graduate in Mechanical Engineering and Production Engineering, Mr. K.B.R. Sood has served the steel industry for over four decades. He is a veteran in the fields of Design Engineering, Procurement of Plant and Equipment & Project Management. As a CEO, he is responsible for setting up the existing steel plant of Mideast Integrated Steel Ltd.

An outstanding performer, technically qualified and competent BF Metallurgy with experience of 30 yrs in project, planning & works in large integrated steel plants. Now a part of MESCO as Director (Works). Effectively handled an integrated steel plant like Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited and completed the project in 24 months. Used iron ore (hydrated) in blast furnace of capacity 1915 m3. Leader of blast furnace team in reviving chilled blast furnace using indigenous technology. Commissioned gas turbo generator in power plant.

A.I.S.M. (Mining), Hons, India School of Mines, Dhanbad, -Degree in Mining Engineering with Hons in 1959. First Class Certificate of Competency to Manage a Coal Mine, Govt. of India in 1962.Mr.Khera has made major contribution for making new technologies successful in India, construction of mining projects and coal washeries and bringing improvement in coal companies, in regard to productivity, safety, finances and environment.

Mr. Arun Gupta is an IAS Officer (retd.) of 1967 batch. On the education front he holds post graduate degrees in Physics and Modern History from Allahabad University and in Economics from the London School of Economics. Mr. Gupta brings with him rich and diverse experience in policy making, public administration and strategic planning. During his career as a civil servant he has held several key positions of varied nature. He has served as the chairman of the electricity board of Madhya Pradesh., President of the revenue Board, and Director General of Sports authority of India. He has also held the position of Joint secretary in the Ministry of Tourism. Apart from this he was appointed as the MD of state industries & Development Corporation, MD of state Marketing federation and the Housing Commisioner.
